We support the Child Development Center (CDI) at American Industrial Park, which is available to all employees who work at the 26 companies inside the Park. It is the first multi-company CDI in the country that offers care and education for children from 0 to 4 years old. The teachers and caregivers are certified in the international Montessori method. The CDI has the capacity to house over 60 children, it has a safe learning environment, and provides balanced meals. This program not only benefits boys and girls in their most critical stage of learning, but also supports women to return to work after their maternity period, which reduces the gender inequality gap, and helps to the preservation of a decent job.
